I-9 E-verify
The I-9 Form I-9 to verify the identity and employment authorization of individuals hired for employment in the United States. / E-Verify An online system that confirms the eligibility of an Employee to work in the United States. The process compares information entered by an employer from an employee’s Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, to records available to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the Social Security Administration to confirm employment eligibility. section contains information about the I-9 / E-Verify onboarding.
By clicking I-9 / E-Verify in the left sidebar menu the following options become available:
- I-9 Dashboard 2.0 - The I-9 Dashboard (2.0) provides a an easy to use I-9 management solution. This dashboard combines the I-9 management views into one single view. It allows recruiters to refine their view using searching and filtering.
- Assign Section 2 - Onboarding requests that contain an I-9 Form Any document that needs to be completed and signed by a Candidate that need an authorized representative assigned before signing Section 2.
- I-9 In Progress - Waiting for I-9 Section 2 Authorized Representative. These onboarding requests contain an I-9 Form that must be completed by signing Section 2.
- Unverified I-9s - Applicants that have a completed I-9 Section 1 and 2 and are awaiting verification.
- Verified I-9s - Applicants that have a completed I-9 Section 1 and 2 and have been manually verified.
- E-Verify - View your cases and use the drop-down to the right to access Crimcheck or check Submission Failures.
- Expirations - Review employees with work authorizations or documents expiring in the next 90 days.
- I-9 Download - Download Singed I-9s by selecting a form and date range to view signed I-9s.
- COVID Extensions- Onboarding requests that contain an I-9 Form whose 'Additional Information' field contains 'COVID', as recommended by USCIS COVID-19 flexibility guidance. I-9s shown here require revision of I-9 Section 2 or Section 3 because physical document inspection is required, or because a List B document receipt was provided. You can revise the I-9 by pressing the Actions ellipses and selecting the recommended action.
